You have "Three days" after order is received to report any missing or damaged items. If you "DON'T" there will be no replacements. So be sure and check your order completely because we all make mistakes. Thanks

All orders received before 3:00 P.M EST will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 3:00 P.M may not ship until the following day.

Friday orders RECEIVED after 3:00 P.M.shipped by USPS will be shipped on SATURDAY BY 11:00 A.M unless it is a holiday.

Hours of operation are:

Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m until 7:00 p.m. Saturday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am and Sunday we will be closed but you can still place orders over the web or call if you wish. thanks

If you order overnight and it is before 3 pm (EST) Monday – Thursday you will get your products the next day, there are some States where it takes TWO days for an overnight to reach you because of the rural area that you live in. On Friday or the weekend, going USPS you will receive your product on Saturday or Monday unless it is shipped out of the United States and it may take several days..

Post Office box addresses are allowed and will be shipped via USPS.
(Local deliveries credit cards only on weekends).
